Becoming a Champion of Change!

Presented by
Maryanne Ross, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP

All too often change techniques focus on adaptability and quick response.  A preferred environment in Lean Initiatives is one in which we execute proactively.  This presentation is intended to develop leaders who can drive sustainable change within themselves and their organizations.

Participants will learn:

    1. How to move from a reactive to a proactive environment!
    2. How to break rules and make their own!
    3. How to invent, innovate and inspire!
